Most agents start by passing a licensing exam and hoping for referrals. I started differently. Before I ever listed a home, I spent years embedded with builders and developers across the Greater Toronto Area, learning how properties are priced, positioned, and sold before they ever reach the public market.
I watched what separated a home that sold at or above asking from one that sat, relisted, and eventually sold for far less than it deserved. The difference was rarely the property itself. It was preparation. Marketing. And an agent who understood the outcome was personal.
